Our Portal

Our Portal uses the latest in computer software technologies to bring you and your family a highly personalized and secure online experience. It is best experienced as a member of Zortal, the Family Portal. Once you become a Zortal Member and your security roles have been assigned, you will see different portal pages, content, and functionality, after you sign in.

I Am Already A Zortal Member On Another Zortal Member Portal
If you have already registered as a Zortal Member on another Zortal Member Portal, you will still have to register your child for participation in the current sport season but you will not have to register as a Zortal Member again. Your Zortal Membership and your Family Profile follow you across our Zortal Member Portals. You will use the same email/password combination to login to all Zortal Member Portals and, if you update your Family Profile on one Member Portal, it is updated on all Zortal Member Portals that pertain to your family.

Am I Already A Zortal Member?

If you are not sure if you are a Zortal Member, just click on "Sign In" in the top right hand corner and enter your email address in the Zortal Member Sign In and then click on "I Forgot My Password! Please EMail Me A Reminder." If you are a Zortal Member the password matching the email address that you entered in the Zortal Member Sign In will be emailed to that email address. If you try to become a Zortal Member and you receive the message that your email address is already a member, click on "I Forgot My Password! Please EMail Me A Reminder." to retrieve your password.

Registration

If you have completed your child's registration on any Zortal Member Portal, you are now a Zortal Member! Security role(s) will be assigned to all members in your Family Profile which will reveal information particular to your child's participation in the current sport season. This information will be visible to you and other participants in the current sport season but will not necessarily be visible to the general public or to Zortal Members who (i) did not register through a Zortal Member Portal for the current sport season or (ii) are not participating in the current sport season.

If you are a coach or parent volunteer, additional information and functionality will be available to you which will hopefully make your participation as a parent volunteer a more enjoyable experience.

My Child Is Too Young To Register!

If your child is not old enough yet to register for the current sport season but you want to be on our email list for upcoming registrations and information, please become a Zortal Member now by clicking on "Create Your Sign In " in the top right hand corner of the portal. After you are a Zortal Member, please use "Edit My Family Profile" to add your children to your Family Profile. You will then receive email notifications on events specific to your child.

New features and functionality will be added to this site on a regular basis. We look forward to growing with you!
